How do I warm up the welliebellies and how long do they stay warm?Warm your welliebellies in the microwave at 750 watts for just 60 seconds – for the midis and the comforters, 30 seconds is enough – and they will radiate their cozy warmth for up to 90 minutes. Before warming the welliebellies, remove the grain bag and heat only this in the microwave. Unlike water-filled hot water bottles, welliebellies do not cool down completely, but remain nicely snug at body temperature even after 90 minutes.
Can I also warm the welliebellies without a microwave?
Of course! Simply preheat the oven to 100° C and heat your welliebellie on a plate or on baking paper for 10 minutes (for small animals, 6 minutes is sufficient). Naturally, the oven must be clean and the grill function switched off. Before reheating, your welliebellie should have cooled back down to room temperature.
A little tip: To cuddle while falling asleep, we also simply place our welliebellies on the radiator.
Are the welliebellies also suitable for my baby?
Absolutely! After all, we have children ourselves – that is why we ensure the highest quality in the production of our welliebellies. There are no small parts that can be swallowed, nor any hidden toxins – so they are safe to be nibbled on.
We also have this baby safety constantly verified by independent institutions: our welliebellies meet all EU safety standards relevant to children and babies (Toy Directive EN 71-1/2/3).

Can I wash welliebellies?
The grain or cooling bags can be removed from all welliebellies. You can wash the empty fabric cover by hand or in the washing machine on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30° C. The grain bag itself is completely germ-free after every microwave use.
What are the welliebellies filled with and what do they smell like?
The welliebellie grain bags are filled according to a special recipe with a natural organic millet-herb mixture. The medicinal herbs used – lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus, peppermint – are predominantly grown in Europe. They are carefully selected by us and are subject to strict quality control. You can, however, also order your welliebellie without the herbal scent.
