Heat your welliebellies in the microwave at 750 watts for just 60 seconds – the midis and comfort blankets only need 30 seconds – and they'll radiate their cozy warmth for up to 90 minutes. Before heating the welliebellies, remove the scented grain pillow and heat only that in the microwave. Unlike water-filled hot water bottles, welliebellies don't cool down, but stay nice and cozy at body temperature even after 90 minutes.

Of course! Simply preheat the oven to 100°C and heat your welliebellie on a plate or on baking paper for 10 minutes (6 minutes is sufficient for small animals). Of course, the oven must be clean and the grill function turned off. Your welliebellie should cool back to room temperature before reheating.
A little tip: To cuddle up before falling asleep, we simply place our welliebellies on the radiator.

And yes! The grain pillow also retains the cold very well. You can also place the entire welliebellie in the refrigerator for about two hours. It's best to wrap it in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture.

Absolutely! After all, we have children ourselves – that's why we pay attention to the highest quality when manufacturing our welliebellies. There are no small parts that can be swallowed, nor any hidden toxins – so they're safe to suck on.

All welliebellies have removable grain or cooling pads. The empty fabric cover can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C. The grain pad itself is completely germ-free after each microwave use.

The welliebellies grain pillows are filled with a natural, organic grain and herb blend, made according to a very special recipe. The health herbs used—lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus, and peppermint—are primarily grown in Europe (Portugal, France, Serbia, and Morocco). They are carefully selected by us and subject to strict quality control.

The gentle welliebellies aroma remains stable for several months, only then slowly fading. You can refresh the scent by adding a few drops of fragrance oil to the already warmed bean bag; you can also order replacement bean bags from us.

We use European organic millet and flaxseed for our warming fillings. The grain is cleaned and filtered after harvest, then heat-treated until it is tested for microwaveability. However, some moisture may develop during the initial heating process – this is completely natural and will disappear with repeated use. Individual fibers of the filling may also push through the fabric or seams while cuddling with the welliebellies; this is also completely normal and not a quality defect.

Because your welliebellie is made especially for you and your child, the production process takes a little longer than you might be used to with our other orders. It will take 3-5 days for your personalized welliebellie to arrive. For example, if you order by Monday noon, your welliebellie will be delivered to the post office on Wednesday. If you order on Friday, we usually ship on Tuesday of the following week. Please take this time frame into account when placing your orders so that any gifts don't arrive too late.

Your welliebellie will be made by us exactly according to your specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for any spelling errors in names, greetings, birth dates, etc. Since the personalized product is produced specifically for you, in the event of an error beyond our control, neither a refund of the purchase price nor an exchange of the welliebellie is possible. Therefore, please check carefully before submitting your order to ensure that the information is correct and that no errors have crept in.

Yes, even with a personalization, your welliebellie can be washed by hand like all welliebellies warming cuddly toys or in the washing machine on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C.
