Large welliebellies® provide gentle, long-lasting warmth – quickly in the microwave or gently in the oven. For safe results, please always remove the filling and heat it separately: for up to 60 seconds at max. 750 W or 10 minutes at 100 °C. Then check the temperature, distribute the filling evenly – and your moment of well-being is ready. If desired, the filling can also be pre-cooled in the refrigerator. Microwave (recommended): Remove the filling. Heat in a clean microwave for a maximum of 60 seconds at a maximum of 750 watts. The turntable must be able to rotate freely.

Oven (alternative): Preheat oven to 100 °C. Place the filling on a plate/baking paper and heat for approx. 10 minutes. Grill function off.

Cooling: Place the filling in a bag (moisture protection) and put it in the refrigerator for approx. 2 hours.

Afterwards: Check the temperature, insert the filling evenly – and your moment of well-being is ready.

• Afterwards: Check temperature, insert filling and distribute evenly.
